In my role as Project Manager for our DoD federal team, I lead new project initiatives specifically tailored to our Air Force clients, ensuring timely and efficient project launches that meet rigorous standards. My responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing client communications to deliver strategic solutions aligned with Air Force objectives.As FSO, I lead the design and implementation of our internal security and compliance infrastructure to meet DoD requirements under CMMC, DFARS, and NIST 800-171. I develop facility security plans, enforce safeguarding protocols for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and oversee documentation to ensure readiness for third-party assessments. My role includes coordinating internal audits, supporting security awareness training, and building policies that align with federal acquisition and industry security standards.As a Content Developer, I design and build comprehensive learning curricula and interactive lessons for various DoD clients. This work involves creating tailored training materials and educational programs that enhance technical proficiency, support mission-critical learning objectives, and drive operational success across multiple defense sectors. My approach combines instructional design with deep knowledge of defense protocols to deliver effective, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.
