For more than 25 years, Reese has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, sureties and manufacturers in every kind of construction dispute, including construction lien and bond claims, construction delays and wrongful termination claims, and construction defect claims. He has litigated before the state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia and arbitrated before the American Arbitration Association Reese is also a member of the arbitration and mediation panels for construction matters. He has been board certified in construction law since 2006. Since 2015, he has served as a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has mediated multiple construction disputes.Reese served a three-year term as Chair of the Florida Construction Law Institute, and currently serves as chair of The Florida Bar’s Construction Law Committee, which is a constituent committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar. He is also active in the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry and in various industry trade organizations, including Associated Builders and Contractors.Reese is a frequent speaker on construction law-related matters and was published in 2018 on the subject of \"Altman Contractors, Inc. v.
