With over 20 years of mechanical engineering experience in the automotive industry acting as instructor, mentor and providing IT support, consistently demonstrating the ability to work effectively with others and continually exceeded client expectations.The majority of work experience includes Lead NX CAD Designer with the French engineering firm Faurecia North American Seating working as Design Manager for the General Motors Business Division that involved development, modeling, testing and manufacture of automotive components. Additionally, as part of an IT Steering Committee in a leadership role, was responsible for testing and implementation of Teamcenter, NX and PLM/PDM software and invited by G.M. to participate with a team that was sent to Shanghai, China to troubleshoot Teamcenter publishing and cultural conflicts between General Motors United States Headquarters and Chinese Pan Asian Technical Automotive Center. The experience resulted successfully in resolving technical and communication issues between U.S. and China, improving workflow processes, reducing technical road blocks and increasing production turn time around by 80 percent.
