Within my everyday work, I make it a priority to demonstrate my strengths. These strengths include Strategic, Input, Achiever, Futuristic, and Competition. When it comes to team work, I am proactive and take initiative to get the job done. When working with groups, I seek leadership positions. As a leader, to ensure effective project completion and / or problem solving, I integrate appropriate leadership styles and motivational techniques that tailor to the team dynamic. I use strategic thinking to make decisions, while incorporating innovative thinking to redefine or re-frame an issue within a challenging situation. I am also well versed in creating and maintaining professional relationships because of my communication skills.
