   Cryptographic Distributed Services (CDS) Team in Cryptographic Services.Part of the core team responsible for managing PKI services at Cisco. Took ownership as an SME of a backend Java API responsible for issuing thousands of certificates daily across Cisco. Managed consistent deployments of application features and strengthened CI/CD automation by creating and updating existing pipelines. Handled urgent issues after-hours as part of a monthly on-call rotation.Also responsible for handling customer-facing support cases and deriving user-stories from repeated issues. Actively participated in the Agile process, including stand-ups, grooming calls, and retrospectives. Worked heavily in Java, Git, Postman, Linux, and OracleDB. Gained significant experience in the Security and PKI spaces, application testing, networking, and AWS, while also furthering previous knowledge in automation and full stack dev. Moderate exposure to Hashicorp Vault through the Cisco Keeper offering.
