ABOUT REENA NARAYAN
I help people embrace change by humanizing it, not with a push, but a pull to create the conditions where they actually want to step in. Here\'s how that shows up: The most common AI ask right now is,\"show me demos\" because people want to use AI, but they don\'t know where to use it. So I came up with a prompt to help: Ask your AI of choice to show you 100 use cases tailored to your way of working and thinking, categorized by what you do already, what could help, and what would be of great value. To create buy-in for SAFe PI Planning, I ran a build-a-house simulation. The team saw value, opted in, and have been running and improving the process for 1.5 years now. When people needed to adopt Planview, the tool wasn\'t the focus. The behaviors were. I led expo events reaching 600 people with human connection at the center to spark curiosity and raise awareness. To humanized things even more, I built a \"What\'s your Planview personality?\" quiz to make adoption feel personal, because in change, identity matters. Here\'s what I believe:Transformation doesn\'t happen through process. It happens when people see themselves in the change, feel safe enough to try something new, curious enough to explore it, and supported enough to keep going when it\'s hard. I build that. The experiences, frameworks, workshops, champion networks, events, stories, systems to build new habits. All of it to help people embrace change to unlock the possibilities on the other side.
