ABOUT REENA REENA SHARMA KHULLAR
As a Founder, Executive HR Consultant and a 25-year experienced people professional, I work with organizations across the globe, specializing in developing and implementing strategies unique to a company’s corporate culture; providing a competitive advantage for its people, business and strategic success. From guiding founders through the complexities of scaling, coaching leaders in their executive and personal growth, or optimizing operations to build sustainable success, I focus on alignment between values and action, vision and execution.In 2020, I launched Agilis Executive Consulting™ and in under 1 year led this firm to expand across 6 continents and 10 countries with a Storytelling strategy and exclusive article series “The Extra(ordinary) Executive: How Do You Measure Success?™”. These stories are now captured into a published book, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish® Canada, indefinitely.I have participated in over 50 international speaking engagements since launching Agilis, discussing the impact of storytelling, leadership, and personal branding. In 2021, I was nominated for an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award through the WOI Women of Influence™ organization for my innovation in launching a global consulting firm during the pandemic, which inspired leadership growth for clients around the world through my coaching advantage. In 2022 and 2025, I was nominated for Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 award through the WXN Women’s Executive Network™ to recognize my drive to advance entrepreneurship opportunities and executive leadership development for women across Canada. And most recently, I celebrated the achievement of the Canadian Choice Award™ for Consulting Services in Calgary, Alberta. I have been honored to be featured in Forbes™ through the Forbes Council™, sharing the foundation and journey of my career success. As a proud contributor to Forbes Magazine and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, I continue to support these organizations by shaping the content developed for corporate publications on leadership.My work fuels passion. My purpose is to help individuals and organizations evolve; strategically structure operations; enable business revenue growth; foster a team culture of purpose driven innovation; and coach leaders to develop the mindset and strategies needed to thrive.
