   As an HR Generalist, I wear many hats. I manage the complete hiring process while also supporting everyday HR and office activities to help things run smoothly across the company.On the recruitment side, I handle everything from posting job openings and reviewing resumes to talking with candidates and coordinating with hiring teams. I make sure every step feels respectful and welcoming, because hiring is not just about filling a role, it’s about showing who we are as a company.I also take care of onboarding and joining formalities. From preparing offer letters and paperwork to arranging induction sessions and welcoming new team members, I make sure their first experience with us is smooth, friendly and well organised.Outside of hiring, I keep employee records up to date, assist with payroll and compliance, and help with questions around leave policies, benefits or HR guidelines. I also help plan training sessions, team meetings and company events, making sure everything is well arranged and clearly communicated.On the admin side, I take care of daily office needs like answering queries, keeping supplies stocked and arranging travel or stays when required. Tools like our Applicant Tracking System and Spine HRMS help me stay organised and keep data clear and easy to track.Along with all of this, I also actively support compliance work. I stay informed about changing rules and regulations and help with timely audits, reports and filings. My understanding of policies and legal systems helps the company stay compliant, avoid risk and build a strong, trustworthy culture.This role has helped me grow in both people skills and process management. I truly enjoy helping others, solving everyday challenges and being part of a team that works together.
