ABOUT REENA KENTH-KALIA

Reena graduated with a BSc in Chemistry and Management from the University of Manchester. After that, she specialised in Marketing, Events, Project Management and Business Development whilst working at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce. For the past 8 years, Reena has worked within the voluntary sector (organisations helping the community with Mental health illness, Learning Disabilities and Autism). The main roles have been based around project management, marketing, line management, building relationships and stakeholder management within the primary and secondary healthcare and within community based organisations. Reena is bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise to MPFT as a Partnership manager and will help strengthen relationships with partner organisations to ensure that we maximise outreach and quality of care and support to the community of South Staffordshire who suffer from serious mental illness. PRINCE 2 foundation certified and 10 years of professional experience in the marketing, events and project management spheres. Reena has predominantly worked in the health and social care sector, with charities and community based organisations and now with the NHS. I\'ve had a vast amount of exposure to communities and companies within the U.K. through my time at Voiceability, the West Midlands Chambers of Commerce and Birmingham Mind. I have extensive experience and success in relationship and stakeholder management, project coordination/management, leadership and mentoring, events and marketing.
