I\'m a technical lead at Visa with over a decade of experience designing, building, and scaling real-time platforms across payments, fraud prevention, and enterprise solutions. I currently lead multiple scrum teams delivering Visa Protect Account to Account - a fraud risk scoring system processing 15 million transactions daily with millisecond-level latency and 99.99% uptime.What I enjoy most is tackling hard problems end-to-end: architecting distributed systems and cloud infrastructure on AWS, designing data pipelines that handle hundreds of millions of transactions monthly, and working closely with Product and Engineering leadership to turn roadmap priorities into shipped features. I\'ve led teams across the US and Poland, delivered cross-border fraud detection integrations with measurable revenue impact, and built enterprise configuration and analytics platforms serving hundreds of large merchant clients.I care about building systems that are reliable at scale, and about building teams where engineers grow and do their best work. I actively leverage GenAI tools like Claude Code, Github Copilot and Cline to accelerate engineering workflows and drive developer productivity across my teams.Before Visa, I worked in the Smart TV domain at Samsung R&D, building middleware for performance optimization and content protection for premium 4K streaming services.
