About Reem Ghoneim

In the last 15+ years, Reem has supported multi-billion dollar public and private sector healthcare agencies, leading them through enterprise-wide modernization and transformation efforts. With her leadership, she enables organizations to re-imagine their strategies and business processes, workforce, workplace environments, and technology— increasing efficiencies, decreasing costs, and improving staff engagement and retention. She manages a pipeline over $50 million, and strives to understand her clients’ needs in business development. She brings program management, change management, and strategic communications skills combined with her public health acumen to connect with and understand her clients— including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Defense Health Agency (DHA), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Management Sciences for Health, The Institute for International Economic Policy, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Reem brings experience leading programs and analyzing public health issues related to health research, minority health, social determinants of health, and health policy. Her core areas of experience include organizational change management, process improvement, strategic communications, risk management and compliance, and pharmaceutical supply chain management. In September 2011, Reem was selected as one of 20 Young Champions for Women by the Women: Inspiration and Enterprise Symposium, hosted by Arianna Huffington, Donna Karan, The White Ribbon Alliance, and Sarah Brown in New York City. Reem has served as a mentor and leader, leading the Mentorship Program with Women@GT. She has also stood up and leads the Public Health Community of Practice.
