In my present capacity as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, I bring to the table over two decades of extensive experience in HR. Throughout my career, I\'ve honed my skills as a talent management professional, placing a particular emphasis on fostering engaged workforce cultures.Currently, as the Sr. HR Manager at MOBIS Parts America, a key player in the automotive parts industry and a subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, my role revolves around crafting and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company\'s overarching goals and values.Academically, I hold a Ph.D. in Managing Organizational Systems from Saybrook University, where my research delves into organizational change and diversity. Further complementing my academic background, I earned a Master of Public Administration from the American University, along with several certifications in HR leadership, coaching, and personal branding.Beyond my corporate role, I am deeply committed to teaching and mentoring. Serving as a university-level instructor and consultant for freelance clients across diverse sectors and countries, my mission is to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and thrive in dynamic and competitive environments.
