About Reema Raykar
Growing up, I was always interested in knowing how things work and why they work the way they do. Being a curious being, I tried to figure out if there is something more to it & can things be enhanced to bring out new features in them. This was the starting point to my journey of turning into a Solutionist.I started my journey as a coder post my B.E in Electrical Engineering. As much as a mismatch it may sound, it provided me with an opportunity and a sneak peak into the assets of any organization; the people. I further went on to learn about these assets and obtained an MBA in Human Resources.Today I solutionize HR systems! I am a Techno-Functional HR, I understand my client\'s problem, analyze it provide a solution & build a system to solve their concerns. Talking about my job, I am currently associated with Deloitte USI as a People Consultant.
