Establishment with well-known hospitality brands such as Accor Hotels,Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHCL- Taj hotels, Intercontinental. Have successfully unveiled 172 hotels. Played an important role in crafting immersive customer/guest experience through the creation and orchestration of brand touch-points. Excel at taking over and turning around conversion projects into design led hotels, expressing unique language and experience. A writer, advisor and brand innovator. Instrumental in crafting brand identity for IHCL. Re-imagining of brand landscape has resulted in great success with a key positioning of TAJ as the strongest Indian brand as per brand finance\'s brand value report – India 2020. Formulated vision for brands like Qmin shop- business on wheels, SeleQtions, green meeting room initiatives, new age Vivanta and Ginger. These brands are conceptualized with an integrated approach to guest experience, innovation, technology, efficiency, brand touch points and activation of spaces. Have established strong foundation for Starwood Hotels & Resort by delivering appropriate positioning of brands such as Westin, St Regis, W Hotels, Sheraton, Le Meridian, Aloft & Four Points by Sheraton in South Asia Region.Passionate about strategic thinking, storytelling, and design narrative, the ability to motivate and work within teams.
