With over 10+ years of experience in resourcing and recruiting, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to optimize the utilization and allocation of human resources for Calsoft, a leading software solutions provider. My core competencies include resource management, bench management, bench forecasting, technical evaluation coordination, requirement gathering and analysis, and MIS reporting. I have successfully contributed to the revenue realization and cost reduction of Calsoft by optimizing the practice bench utilization and forecasting, and maintaining the bench cost under the normal permissible limit.
