Adapt and utilise project management tools, templates and techniques (e.g, planning, control & SAP tools, risk analysis and identification using Psoda, MS Project, Infor and Promapp) to provide the necessary insight, control and discipline to successfully deliver programmes and their projects. • Drive regular engagement and work collaboratively with the team to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular reports.• Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders through various forums and written channels.• Maintain the integrated project schedule and programme plan.• Liaise with staff from across the Regional Council, other Local Councils, Government, and community groups.• Assist in the development of policies, strategies, and programmes.• Attend leadership and steering meetings and work with Project Managers to address any concerns and provide any necessary updates with regards to change requests.• Support and maintain document control procedures (e.g, project plans, registers, records, status reports, logs, issues and risks, quality control, document configuration, communication and engagement, change requests, and lessons log).• Implement and improve standard operating processes and procedures.• Work closely with Finance to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.• Assist in developing detailed Project Plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.• Conduct training sessions for team members on business improvement strategies and best practices.• Facilitate workshops and planning days to enhance team collaboration, strategic planning, and to improve processes.
