As a graduate with a bachelor degree in Behavioral Sciences and Arabic Studies at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, I am driven by a deep love for understanding the human psyche and the beauty of the Arabic language. My dual major reflects my commitment to bridging the gaps between cultures and languages. I am particularly interested in the intersection of medicine and language, focusing on how language barriers can impact healthcare outcomes and the stereotyping of mental health within the Arab community. My goal is to bring a nuanced understanding to these challenges, advocating for culturally sensitive approaches that improve access and equity in healthcare.
