These include-Designing and maintaining multiple company websites to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience-Creating and optimizing product photography for online display to enhance customer engagement-Managing social media platforms and executing email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness-Managing leads, engaging with potential customers, and maintaining customer database information as well as providing assistance to existing customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations-Producing content to effectively showcase our offerings and creating content for various social media-Crafting press releases for industry publications to highlight company achievements and new product launches, writing miscellaneous copy for online and print media-Assisting sales staff with various data, including sales statistics, stock positioning on inventory, and miscellaneous reporting on customer activity-Merchandising and regular communication with various mills on a vast array of product-Collaborating with all departments to streamline workflow and ensure effective processes-Overseeing logistics and importing of goods, managing customs clearance-Handling administrative and IT-related tasks around the corporate office, acting as a liaison to various IT firms to address technology issues-Acting as an interim sales representative for house accounts and miscellaneous territories
