   Nov 2020 — Present

   I lead the Operations & Development Research team. I am proud to have stood up the first Service Design practices at Zoox.\\\\n\\\\nAccomplishments\\\\n• Built the company’s first service blueprints in partnership with Operation teams, Product, and the Rider Experience Design team.\\\\n• Training teams on service design thinking.\\\\n• Created new Service Design frameworks to guide how to deliver the desired service experience.\\\\n• Lead research on and helped to launching the company\'s first robotaxi pilots.\\\\n• Lead research in the internal operations.\\\\n• Manage a small team of researchers focused on helping Zoox gain an understanding how internal staff accomplish their work and advise on how to improve it holistically for scale.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
