As all Circuit Boards are customer jobs, I work with sales on the engineering side to help incorporate new work into our site here at TTM SJ. I work with customers on creating stack ups and board design to best suit our site. I work to also grow business in new markets, add to our material offerings, manufacturing capabilities, site qualifications, and technology. Depending on the board\'s application, I make different recommendations to increase quality, reliability, cost reduction, ease of manufacturing, and also design based on production volume if needed. I also currently help our manufacturing team with NPI and advanced capability work on the floor. My favorite part is to invite customers over to see our manufacturing, as I give them a tour and presentation about how circuit boards are made. Or even going to see a customer on their site, see what technology they are developing, and presenting on behalf of TTM our services or education on PCB manufacturing to our customer\'s team.
