   Specialization in supporting mid-size, growing race and event series on strategic projects and long-term growth. Driving improvement through detail-oriented project management and load/priority balancing. Helping existing teams work better with less stress by acting as Race Director, Ops Director, and/or Project Manager \"behind the curtain\" as appropriate.Ops and Photo management experience all over the country, including supporting 20+ of the 100 largest races in the USA since 2017. Extensive experience outside the race industry from festivals to conferences to (once upon a time) catering and bartending. Emphasis in trends and practices research on a regional and national level in endurance events, including various pro-bono projects and listings of industry resources. Recent passion projects include mapping, cutoffs and pace prediction, and pushing Excel to places only PM software is supposed to go.Current major projects: Ultra X (Nevada/US expansion), Canaan Valley Running Company (West Virginia), HTX Events (Houston, PM/Ops for Run and Tri). Ongoing key race week ops positions at NYC, Houston, and Denver Colfax Marathons.Recently + Amicably resigned - Run Cane Bay (off-site PM + ops consulting, South Carolina, acquired), Savage Race (national, timing, temporary with structured handoff to new timer).Other recent partners and contracts include Ironman, Navy 10 Miler, 11 Creative\'s festivals (CO/TX), HAL Sports, Gran Fondo National Series, and some dozens of Top 100 and more dozens of Top running races in the US.
