ABOUT REED BORGMANN

My greatest strengths are my ability to lead and motivate my peers by actively listening to understand them. Empathy, engagement, empowerment, and vulnerability are the fundamentals that enable my strengths. I utilized my undergraduate degree to learn about the environment, startups, and new concepts in management by majoring in environmental management at The School of Public and Environmental Affairs and minoring in New Venture Management at the Kelley School of Business. Leveraging my degree I interned for three years at DD DANNAR, an off-road BEV manufacturer that specializes in heavy-duty work, energy storage, and distribution. DANNAR offered me a full-time role in 2019 and as of January 2022, I am working in program management and wearing an assortment of hats. In my time as an intern I:2016- Conducted basic market research to author new sections, update, and redesign a detailed market strategy book. 2017- Coauthored on a team at DANNAR that won a $1 million grant from the California Air Resources Board for a demonstration project2018- Designed a sales campaign while jump-starting social media marketing plan in which I ran all of DANNAR\'s social media accountsIn May, 2019 I Received a full-time position by DANNAR wearing multiple hats within the Sales & Marketing Departments. While in this role I have- Traveled to off-road equipment, EV, and various other industry expos and events to generate leads and network- Supported the Sales Manager for on-site product demonstrations to qualify prospects- Managed and coauthored a successful application to participate in CARB\'s CORE Voucher program- Implemented and managed Sales & Marketing process for Microsoft D365- Designed and setup the Product Configuration Model for DANNAR\'s D365 production environmentIn January 2021, I was promoted to a program management role overseeing a contract with the U.S. Government.
