A management consultant within the Transformation Architecture practice at EY, I work with clients to help solve their most challenging and complex problems. As a transformation architect, I work with clients to identify the key challenges and critical risks their business faces while using industry leading principles to guide their strategy development. Beyond strategy, I also focus on the successful implementation of the large scale transformations our clients envision. Prior to joining EY, I worked as a relationship manager within Business Financial Services at RBC. In this role I was responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients - working with partners throughout the bank to provide an exceptional experience for my clients. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, business development, credit underwriting, and risk management. I hold an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen\'s University as well as a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance from Ontario Tech University (formerly UOIT).
