   Founded in 1996, DuMOL is dedicated to expressing one remarkable place through Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We work in a narrow stretch of the western Russian River Valley near the Sonoma Coast, where uplifted Goldridge soils, coastal fog, and the chill of the Pacific create ideal conditions for cool-climate vineyards—and for redwoods to thrive alongside them. We farm around 100 acres sustainably and organically, with an internal team that tends every block by hand. By limiting our geography and our focus, we gain intimacy with the land and a deeper understanding of each vintage. Our winemaking is gentle, precise, and patient—guided by the land, not imposed upon it.
