Humanfactors Design Works is a product development consultancy. While we specialize in the medical device world, we regularly work on everything from consumer electronics, assistive products, and even interior design. We have conducted interviews with students to understand their preferences within the world of electronic lifestyle devices, surveyed and reported on the burgeoning field of electronic orthopedic implants, and compiled comprehensive data about obesity and its potential impact on our medical clients’ business. Humanfactors has helped clients written and executed grants from the National Institutes of Standards & Technology and the National Institutes of Health, and has submitted several grants currently under agency review.
