I analyze operational risks and contribute to executing the Risk Management programs and framework. This includes SOX controls, risk profiling, internal controls, capital allocation, loss data, preparing for growth, product reviews, and training. I help to ensure risk data is captured, mitigation strategies are developed, and appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place, while monitoring and managing risk processes and procedures. In August 2023, I was also elected to serve as part of a team of Teammate Culture Activators (TCA) who help lead our company through organizational change by deepening our shared purpose, finding meaning in the work that we do every day, and living our values to serve our clients, teammates, and stakeholders. I lead with clarity, transparency, and positivity to deliver on the promise of Truist as #OneTeam.
