ABOUT REECE LAKRITZ
Currently, I am pursuing a Double Major in Communications and English at UC Davis, where I also serve as the VideoCoordinator/Assistant Director of Basketball Operations for UC Davis Men’s Basketball. Meanwhile, I have been working as a Clubhouse Assistant for the A’s here in Sacramento.Before I stepped into my new role, I began as a manager inSeptember 2023 for the UC Davis Men\'s Basketball team. Inthis role, I was responsible for supporting the coaching staff and players with tasks such as practice execution, equipment management, and day-to-day operations. I would also conduct individual and group workouts with players which further honed my team management, time management, and player development skills.Additionally, with the backing of UC Davis Men\'s Basketball, I launched my business as a Player Development Trainer. Ispecialize in creating personalized training programs for players of all ages and levels. Outside of basketball, I market my business to a wider audience through the use of social media, and accumulated over views across instagram and TikTok from May 2024-June 2025. This role has strengthened my coaching and communication skills, as well as my ability to market my brand, while developing tailored training plans that drive performance improvements.These diverse experiences have taught me the importance of effective communication, adaptability, and marketing.
