I am a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Organizational and Workforce Transformation – Strategic and Technology Change team, with 11+ years of global experience helping organizations turn strategy into results. My expertise spans organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and digital change, delivering measurable outcomes across government, financial services, and private sectors in Canada, the U.S, the U.K, Asia, and Africa.What drives me is solving complex problems with clarity and collaboration. I have led multi-country programs, managed cross-functional teams, and advised senior leaders on initiatives ranging from policy reform to operational efficiency. My approach is practical and people-centered—combining structured analysis with local insight to design solutions that work in the real world.I hold a Master’s in Development Studies (International Development Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK) and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Middlebury College (USA).Having worked across Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America, I understand how to navigate diverse cultures and build trust quickly.
