I help finance professionals become better leaders. Early in my finance career, I realized that I had a talent for engaging with my colleagues and inspiring them to take action toward their own development. My greatest strength was in supporting my colleagues in their quest to create meaningful, joyful, and balanced careers. The pivotal moment came when I moved into a Finance Learning & Development (L&D) role for the first time. In this moment I realized that helping people thrive would be the cornerstone of my professional career. I hold an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
