I am working since 2011 at Ooredoo Algeria as RAN Support Engineer Handling all 2G Work on AXE with big experience and strong acknowledge also on 3G,4G (CPP equipment), including all following actions-Ericsson BSC start-up, Integration and Test of EVO8100 APZ21260C-Data transcript (DT) for Cells Integrations (SYGWIN, WINFIOL & OPS), and TRU/DTRU/RRU/RRUS Expansion- Technical support for field maintenance in order solve ALL RBS series, NodeB and eNB problems-Good experience using OSS tools (ALV, ALB, ASM, CHA, OPS, EMAM, BSM, CNA, SMO, CEX, PMS, AMOS, MOSHELL )-Change and Aply all parameters requested from Radio optimisation-Good Knowledge on Radio Network features & Parameters-Configuration & Startup of GBoIP, AbisoIP and AoIP (Starting from NWI to AXE platforms)-Configuration of SLI board to enables signaling that uses SCTP over IP, also M3UA Association and M3UA Signaling Routes-RBS, NodeB and eNB Commissioning, Integration, T-shoot & Solve all related problem-Configuration of 2nd & 3rd Carrier-Antenna RET reconfiguration (ARGUS, KATHERIEN, RFS), T-shoot and solve all related problem-RANAP, RNSAP configuration-IUB /IUR /IU [CS|PS] configuration for (RNC/NODEB)-M3UA association establishment for all RNC connection (inter RNC, RNC-MSS, RNC-SGSN)-RAN Sharing (MOCN & MORAN) Implimentaion, configuration, establishments and T-shoot-Install license for CPP (NodeB, eNB & RNC) & AXE BSC platforms-Upgrade Software for (AXE, CPP)-Subrack Expansion, integration and configuration-GARP2 configuration (TRH,GPH,AGW,PGW) & STM (ET155) Expansion-EPB Expansion, also Hardware change for CMXB, SCXB,EPB -Rehoming 2G site, NodeB using (CNA or RTR) also Rehoming BSC and RNC-big experience with EVO RNC Emergency Restoring-Create CSR with & follow up-Activation of Statistics counters and Features on (AXE,CPP) and monitoring Network KPI’s.based on KPI reports-huge knowledge for scripting (Excel,Delphi) and design of MACRO.
