   As a Business Program Manager for Customer Engagement reporting to General Manager and part of the CET leadership, I am leading the annual planning, managing a portfolio of crucial strategic initiatives, and report engagement\'s impact to the internal executive community. The role calls for identifying and defining key business themes, project management and collaboration interacting with a broad array of stakeholders. Part of my responsibilities includes managing plans, tracking pivotal initiatives, collecting stakeholder input, and handling internal executive communications including newsletters. Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Team (CET) leads a portfolio of executive-level customer programs.
