Refactored and fine-tuned queries and stored procedures in T-SQL. Analyzed execution plans and recommended/implemented better execution plans. Monitored and tuned system resources associated with database performance, including hit ratios, I/O, lock contention, and latch contention. Installed and configured MS SQL Servers in virtual environments using VMWARE. Supported AWS DB in production and development environments.
