Craft and set-up a corporate strategy and Organisation plans for small and large corporation and Alignment of the plan with the Company’s vision and statement objectives. • Support and advise Management on the corporate business transformation (E-commerce, digitalisation, internationalisation, etc) • Managing and analysing the quantitative and qualitative data collected and crate an action plan to improve the performance • Evaluation of the current business resources and capabilities and support the management team on value adding plans and improvement of internal and external process. • Analysis on the SWOT and international business resources and identify the best practises to enhance the efficiency of the company • Providing high Management and CEO with corporate advice and expert judgement on strategic and technical business choice and decisions making process. • Working with governments and public agencies for conception, implementation and evaluation of public programs and others government policies (economy, education, Investment, infrastructures, etc) • Developing innovative programs and recommendations of various solutions to the current socials, economics and political affairs. • Participating and engagement with international development programs funded by majors’ international donors and multi lateral development banks in Africa, MENA Market, Asia and South America (World Bank, IFC, ADB, IDB, BIRD, EU, ETC) from initiation, Planning, monitoring, evaluation, control and closing. • Lobbying with major corporations, governments and other entities to defend and advice about a policy building, Public Contract, International negotiation, Conflicts position, etc.
