A few examples: RedEye enabled a client to process their customer requests 75% faster by designing and implementing custom software, new server infrastructure, electronic linkages, a solid backup/disaster recovery system, and ongoing helpdesk and server support. After a disaster, RedEye had a client fully up and running in less than 2 hours with the disaster recovery system which our team had previously implemented and tested. Stabilized IT support costs for growth-stage company by upgrading systems and providing ongoing server, network, mobile, and desktop support. RedEye created such a reliable and stable network that IT support costs have not increased over the past 3 years!
