KEY OBJECTIVES Good knowledge of Paints, common additives, thinners and its usage Exposure to 1K & 2K coating technology of Primer surface, Base and Clear coats. Participated in Monocoat Safe launch at HONDA two wheelers. Inspection of painted parts for its performance and ensuring it within specification. Major focus on competitor activities. Maintaining optimum stock as per SOP (sales & operation plan) & paint consumption trend analysis. Attending regular review meeting with customer and presenting improvements and reports. Worked for 4 wheeler water borne coatings. QUALITY – INSTRUMENTS AND SKILLS General paint testing methods and excellent spraying techniques with good accuracy in application. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS & ACHIEVEMENTS Took leadership in optimizing 9 shades, 18 products in a new plant with minimum number of trials for different projects in every successive years Provided effective and innovative counter measure for various issues that are regular and new.
