Lead a team of finance systems and analytics experts to develop the technology strategy for the Finance Data Lake (FDL), constructing key analytical applications to generate business insights and drive revenue; Overseeing the finance application roadmap. • Developed revenue and expense analytical applications, each received a CFO award for their ability to provide business insights and support revenue growth.• Successfully designed and developed a revenue analytics platform that delivers: revenue analytics across 120+ dimensions; drill-down capabilities and online analytics for various finance metrics; analytics and revenue insights at previously unavailable levels; reconciliation to the general ledger; granular data required for planning and forecasting; and client risk exposure information provided to the risk system. • Developed a CFO award-winning, SOX-compliant Growth Pillar reporting application for external segment reporting following earnings releases for Management Discussion and Analysis (MD & A). • Developed and implemented an expense analytics application that won a CFO Award, leading to 20+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) of time savings; Includes detailed drill-down capabilities; Enables self service for departmental managers and executives to manage their budgets. • Established a Solutions Review Board to standardize and govern solutioning and eliminate a history of siloed solutioning. • Developed data provisioning and analytics for a fully integrated project costing platform to manage global marketing initiatives. • By integrating client metric data from the Finance Data Lake (FDL) into Client Incentives application, the automation of incentive calculations increased from 20% to 80%. • Collaborated with Sr. finance leadership to develop a multi-year strategic roadmap for Finance Systems. • Transformed a task-oriented division into a respected, strategic global team focused on driving change, improving processes, and automating systems.
