Use SQL within Toucan to build, refine and optimize datasets (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning) for client dashboards• Process and clean CSV files using Python + Pandas before integrating them into Toucan datasets• Configure and customize Toucan visualizations through JSON (chart options, theming, interactions)• Apply CSS inside Toucan for layout adjustments, styling, responsive behavior and chart personalization• Manage users, roles, permissions and workspace access across Toucan environments for enterprise clients• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, define KPIs, review their data structure and guide them on best practices within Toucan• Build clear, usable dashboards and stories inside Toucan with strong UX and business alignment• Troubleshoot data issues, fix schema inconsistencies, resolve visualization errors and support clients with platform usage• Lead workshops, demos, prototyping sessions and feature walkthroughs to help clients get value from Toucan• Produce documentation, onboarding material, and ongoing support so teams can fully adopt Toucan
