I currently lead clinical lab diagnostics, not limited to day-to-day duties for patients’ diagnosis through strictly following policies and standard guidelines of institution. I also conduct diagnostic lab reporting review and required professional and administrative tasks, including clinical microbiology/infection control lab for university hospitals, blood component transfusion lab, and general pathology diagnostic services. I am able to maintain good performance and high quality of lab work for both in-and-out patients, as well as teach residents and fellows best practice knowledge through pre-graduate and post-graduate medical students.
