North Grove Associates offers a personal and tailored approach to Businesses, and those who work within them as well as individuals who may be looking for some help to realign themselves, build on their confidence, overcome hurdles in their current role or work space or explore options for a change of skill sets or career. The work I do is twofold. As a Trainer / Business Coach and Consultant - My back ground is in Recruitment and as such I offer bespoke recruitment, sales and business strategy training, coaching and consultancy. In -house and tailored to the clients specific business needs. I have an exceptional training and coaching programme for trainees, and also work with all levels of Consultants up to Team Leaders and Managers on a 1-2-1 or structured basis - whatever the business or individual requires. My focus is always maximising sales and productivity to gain repeat business to increase revenue, along with ensuring employees are motivated, valued and operating at their optimum.I also work with companies to identify areas for Business Improvement; developing strategy within their current sales teams and for their growth plans. Within this remit I can help to plan, recruit, train and support growth and development for all elements of a Recruitment Business. As a Personal Coach – I work with Individuals to help them to achieve their potential. My role is to support you in exploring your options, helping you to build on your confidence and skills to enable you to be the very best version of yourself and achieve your work and life goals.
