I\'m passionate about recruitment marketing, using data to drive smarter hiring decisions, and coaching my small but mighty team of talent professionals. Watching people grow, both candidates and my own team, is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.Alongside my corporate role, I also work as a career coach and consultant through Austin Digital Jobs, supporting professionals at pivotal moments in their careers. I provide interview preparation, résumé rewrites, LinkedIn profile revamps, and career clarity coaching, helping people confidently tell their story, articulate their value, and show up prepared for what’s next. This work keeps me deeply connected to the candidate experience and grounded in how hiring is evolving on both sides of the table.Empathy and candidate experience are non‑negotiables for me; they’re the reason I moved into HR after college and the lens through which I approach every hiring decision.
