The Lead Talent Sourcing Strategist is a critical role to operations as it works to direct activities and leads a team of talent sourcing consultants to develop and implement strategies for sourcing passive candidates into hard to fill roles across the entire system and developing pipeline of talent, such as specialty nursing, leadership, etc. This role will partner with other organizational leaders and the COE to advance Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role has an impact on helping reducing premium labor as it seeks to find talent to help fill roles as quickly as possible. Direct sourcing activities and talent sourcing consultants to develop a robust community of qualified active and passive candidates aligned with organizational workforce planning needs. Manage visual employment brand and collateral including career website to drive interested candidates. Develop Social media strategies to highlight community contributions and employment value proposition to differentiate MemorialCare and its entity organizations and increase number of engaged followers in talent community. Develop outreach to key learning organizations to create positive organizational reputation and pipeline of candidates.
