About Frank Risalvato
In 1988, after 2 positions prior since college, I was offered a manager role by Kearfott Guidance & Navigation in Wayne NJ, As I was considering the offer I received my first personnel recruiting placement check which exceeded the entire annual salary I would have made at Kearfott. I decided to turn down Kearfott and remain in recruiting. Trained by a CFO and former Deloitte executive who taught me the ins and outs of the corporate labyrinth, I went on to become the founding team member of Inter-Regional Executive Search in 1991. With our original office in Wayne, NJ for 16 years, we grew regionally and internationally and today have clients based in Switzerland, England, France and North and South America. Since 1991 we have managed excess of 100s of millions in compensation packages for our client partners. More than several individuals positioned by IRES manage billions annually for their organizations. We are not the Spirit Airlines of recruiting we are the Emirates version. Slightly more expensive but worth many times more than the differential.
