   As the owner of the North Seattle Express Employment Professionals office, I run a locally owned staffing and workforce solutions business that helps employers hire and helps people find work.On the business side, my team partners with local companies to recruit, evaluate, and place talent across administrative, professional, skilled trades, and light industrial roles. We support temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire needs - handling recruiting, screening, payroll, and ongoing workforce support so employers can stay focused on running their businesses.On the job-seeker side, we meet people where they are. We help individuals find work that fits their skills, experience, and goals - whether that’s short-term flexibility, a foot-in-the-door opportunity, or a long-term career move. Many people start with Express in a temporary role and grow into permanent positions with our client companies.While Express is a national brand, our office is local. I’m a Seattle native with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, and our work is rooted in the Seattle, Shoreline, and Lake Forest Park communities.
