Professional Legal and Political Analyst, Consultant and Advocate. Public service: Quality Assurance Manager for the Dept. Of Healthcare Finance for The State of Wyoming; Assistant State Attorney; Executive Office of the Governor in External Affairs (community outreach); for the Lt. Governor\'s office; and in Legislative Affairs preparing for and attending the State Legislative Session. Campaign experience at national (POTUS and Vice Presidential Debate Advance team), Florida Coordinated Campaign, and local levels in many capacities. Drafted and implemented policies and procedures, streamlined programs, had budgetary authority as Senior Management. Managed and supervised programs and divisions, implemented new laws, drafted and enforced laws. Worked with legislative bodies throughout session and in committee to avert possible negative impacts of and perfect proposed legislation. An experienced trial lawyer, I excel in legal analysis, risk analysis, and complex litigation issues. I enjoy connecting with both diverse and targeted audiences. Tried over 70 cases including complex, capital cases with an extremely high success rate and have had no convictions overturned on appeal. Law practice focused primarily on criminal defense and simple civil matters. I represented clients in administrative, motion and evidentiary hearings.
