Many years of development experience creating great software with majority of those building on the web using Node.js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails, HTML5 and previously ASP, ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC), C#.I have wide experience in different sectors from finance to care and social media, with over 6 years as a lead architect and developer at financial platform providers building enterprise-scale web applications and more recently working for smaller startups.I work throughout the stack - frontend with Javascript frameworks, HTML5 and CSS/SASS to domain modelling and database design and development and I am able to design and build applications and sites on a small scale, building everything myself, or in a larger team.I now work as a principal engineer utilising a wide range of technical and leadership skills and focusing on getting things done and making good decisions.
