Securing CapEx and OpEx funds to build and run with fiscal accountability. • Established the new Verizon Data Catalog with AI business in 4Q 2021. Transformed how data & applications are profiled then protected via the new metadata-driven microservices at scale across Platforms. Successfully used on the largest Hadoop to GCP migration to-date. • Designed and directed the reimagination & re-architecture of the Verizon Data Marketplace employing Design Thinking, SOA, Design Patterns and Agile CI/CD in a quarter. Resulting in significantly improved usability, extensibility, productive use & inclusion in Next-Gen Verizon Corporate initiatives. The intuitive self service capabilities for GCP, Teradata & Hadoop delivered includes search-discover-subscribe, user & data onboarding, test data management and continuous monitoring for FinOps & data assets/data products. Upcoming Roadmap contains new services, expansion to intelligence products/AI models/digital twins, ratings & reviews and social crowdsourcing to deliver greater value to the Consumer & Producer user community. • Designed and directed the design, development & run of the Verizon Data Catalog’s new automated workflow with programmatic data profiling & classification with continuous monitoring via APIs and new Verizon Data Integration Layer in 1 quarter. Immediately used in the C-Suite\'s transformative Global Operatives initiative. • Directed the creation & establishment of the new Verizon Commercial Data Products & Certification program to increase Revenue, improve Productivity & Profitability toward realizing the Roadmap\'s data monetization and Partner Alliance goals. • Partnered across Verizon & Partners on multi-year strategic initiatives spanning concept, business case funding, Agile builds with CI/CD and run with FinOps.
