I have always been passionate about education. The education system is grappling with archaic evaluation/dissemination models restricted to rote learning. My humble efforts in the need for change led to the establishment of India\'s first and the best online alternative educational system #FUTURE SCHOOL.

   Future School restore the joy of learning with a surprisingly effective educational approach: intentional culture supporting self-directed learning reinforced by latest technology tools and methodologies.#Future School learning communities are based on letting children choose and follow their own passions, which makes them engage more deeply and learn more quickly and thoroughly.We also focus on creating a culture where children feel like they are heard, they belong, and they make a difference, and foster a vibrant community that heightens communication skills and builds confidence.‍We prize self-direction and give kids genuine freedom throughout most of the day.At #Future School we follow a 3 level grading system where different ages are mixed. There is no hierarchy between subjects, as all disciplines are considered valid and worthy of interest. The week and days begins with a meeting where the learners set their intentions, and with the school team, they come together to determine the projects, workshops, social initiatives and meetings. From 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, the day can be filled with all kinds of projects (lessons, free play, discussions, creations, collaboration, games, presentations, and so on). At the end of the day, the learners assess what they have learned (based on their morning intentions) and share it with others. Our Educators are called as a Facilitator and their goal is to provide maximum support with minimum interference. We believe that all people –and children are people– have a right to self-determination and freedom from oppression. Part of the work of a facilitator is that of constantly seeking to remove obstacles keeping learners from realizing their full potential, obstacles from unmanageable shoelaces to systemic inequity.
