I’m an operations and VIP program manager with 7+ years of experience working across touring, live events, and customer-facing programs. Most of my background is in fast-moving environments where I’m managing a lot of moving pieces at once, from travel and logistics to vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution.I’ve spent a lot of time supporting multi-city tours and high-profile clients, making sure everything runs smoothly from planning through settlement. That includes coordinating global travel, working closely with vendors and partners, and keeping a close eye on budgets and reporting. I’m used to jumping into problems quickly, figuring things out, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.I’m someone who naturally takes ownership of my work and really cares about the experience on both sides, whether that’s for the client, the team, or the end customer. I’m comfortable working remotely, collaborating across teams, and balancing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.At the end of the day, I like building systems that make things run better, supporting strong teams, and creating experiences that feel seamless, even when there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.
