Investigations into employee concerns, including interviews with witnessed to determine next steps- Documentation of investigative materials, as well as compiling all information needed for appeals to employee terminations- Oversee and manage applicant flow, including sourcing candidates, recruiting and the interview process, to hiring and onboarding- Provide an atmosphere of recognition that focuses on employee engagement and results in higher retention- Instill and drive a culture of accountability by providing consistent feedback on both performance successes and opportunities- Manage the leave of absence and ADA programs, while ensuring we are adhering to local state and federal mandates and laws- Oversee and manage the human resources of 8 locations and over 400 employees, including a Human Resources Generalist reporting into me- Partner and provide insight over overview of our performance management program in its entirety for the entire team, including performance management conversations, documentation, and terminations- Role play with managers and supervisors on how to deliver an engaging accountability conversations that leads to the increased productivity for the company, which increased profits as well- Give back to the local orginazations through charity collection events throughout the year- Drive a culture that focuses and delivers on diversity and inclusion at all levels, by holistically looking at our staffing and community opportunities, and developing a plan to ensure we meet those needs.
