About Rebekah Morris
In the clean energy transition, the gap between government policy and successful implementation is so much wider and less equitable than most people realize. My focus is to ensure clean energy and climate justice policies actually work in the real world, for real people, and have real impact. I do this through a systems thinking lens, working with communities, local organizations, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and barriers to uptake for marginalized communities within current decarbonization programming.
